How does it work?

Stress builds up tension in you, and if you don’t find a relieveing method for it, it will continue to build up uncomfortably. Stress used to be caused by a physical threat (for example in a tiger attack). Stress mobilized our bodies to put energy into flight or fight. So the energy was used up and a state of mind was restored.

Times have changed, but our body functions are the same. The trouble occurs when you can’t run away from the fear of an exam. The body still builds up energy to fight or flight. So you have to find a relieving method to get the excess energy out of your body.

Try this technique when you feel angry, nervous or after an unpleasant conversation.
